At Merit Partners, we are truly honored to represent this Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse ‘Legends Edition’. This is more than a car. This is a piece of automotive history, steeped in racing legend and crafted to unrivaled standards. Its story, rarity, and its link to the Targa Florio wins of Meo Costantini and the Type 35 legacy, all converge to make this car not merely an investment in speed and luxury, but in legacy. Over time, such cars are destined to transcend mere performance.
They become icons.
Exterior
• Factory one-off “Dark Blue Sport” paint is fully preserved by paint protection film.
• Aluminum doors, fenders, and front bumper are meticulously hand-polished and sealed with a clear coat.
• Costantini's signature is laser-etched onto the aluminum fuel and oil caps.
• An outline of the Targa Florio course is painted beneath the rear wing, visible primarily in “handling mode”.
Interior
• Rich leather provides a warm contrast to the cooler "Lake Blue" leather.
• Light blue stitching adds subtle accents throughout the interior, including an embroidered version of Costantini's signature on the headrests.
• A polished aluminum depiction of the Targa Florio racecourse is mounted on the rear cargo box cover.
• Intricately laser-engraved leather portrays Costantini behind the wheel of his Bugatti Type 35, leading the pack in a moment of racing history.
Conclusion
In 2013, Bugatti began producing a series of Grand Sport Vitesse dedicated to Bugatti racing legends. Meo Costantini was a close friend of Ettore Bugatti, and the longstanding head of the factory team. Costantini took part in races himself and represents the most successful era in Bugatti’s racing history.
All six Vitesse models in the Legend series are limited to three vehicles each, making 18 total units produced, and only four US spec cars, with this example being one of the four. As the market grows exponentially, we are truly honored to represent this incredible example of one of Bugatti’s best.
